BINI SHOWCASES PROFESSIONALISM IN BILLBOARD PH MAINSTAGE

Time and again, BINI has proven its professionalism on stage. But only this time around, it’s on a bigger scale.

BINI faced technical difficulties as the penultimate performer at the Billboard Philippines Main Stage Anniversary Concert in front of thousands of fans at the Mall of Asia Arena but it hardly mattered with the group’s show-must-go-on mantra.

The music stopped early in BINI’s Cherry on Top performance and when things were set for chaos, the Nation’s Girl Group rose to the occasion and braved on without any hesitation.

“MOA Arena, sing with us,” said BINI rapper Stacey in the middle of a near performance bungle, showing no fear in continuing the production regardless of the mishaps.

Well, BINI did. And they were not alone as Blooms joined them in unison to turn the MOA Arena into a massive chorale with blaring chants up the rafters during COT’s bridge part.

“Every day. Celebrate you're with me. Every day. It's your birthday on repeat, birthday on repeat-eat, yeah!”

The crowd was in chorus and as the music came back albeit in a delayed timing, BINI was quick to re-adjust like nothing happened.

Hips twisted, hands and feet flicked and their voices flowed in harmony right through the song chorus until the impeccable dance break transition to mega hit Pantropiko – much to a louder eruption of the crowd.

As the saying goes, in chaos, there is also an opportunity. And BINI made the most out if it.

BINI could have requested for a re-run. BINI could have asked the fans to give them one more chance to perfect it. But the audio malfunction was a blessing in disguise.

It became a big bang that lit up the Biniverse as the Blooms starred in the night sky.
